Privacy policy

This page says what information this website collects, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It is written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email me at info@blufeeld.com.

Who is collecting it. Blufeeld Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada, operated by Reza Riazi. Contact: info@blufeeld.com. Last updated: September 2026.

What I collect, and when

Just reading the site. Nothing that identifies you. The web server records the usual technical log entries (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.

The assessment. The twelve questions run entirely in your browser. Your answers, score and readout are calculated on the page and are not sent anywhere unless you choose to submit the form underneath. If you do submit it, I receive your name, email address, practice name if you gave one, your answers, your score, and your readout. I use those to send you the readout by email and to write you one note on where I would start. That single email is a response to your request, not marketing.

The optional checkbox. The form has a separate box that is not ticked by default. Tick it and you are giving express consent, under Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL), to receive occasional emails from me about running a practice that does not depend on one person. Leave it unticked and you will get the readout email and nothing else. Every email I send includes my name, my business address, and a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Booking a call. The “Book the call” button opens Calendly, a separate service. What you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. I receive the booking details (name, email, time, and anything you type in the notes).

Email. If you email me directly, I keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to our conversation.

Where it is stored

Form submissions and email subscriptions are stored in this website’s own database (WordPress, using the Fluent Forms and FluentCRM plugins), not in a third-party marketing platform. Outgoing email is delivered through an email service provider acting on my instructions. The website is hosted by a commercial hosting company. These providers may store data outside Canada; where they do, they are bound by contract to protect it.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I do not share it with anyone except the providers named above, who need it to deliver the service you asked for.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets only the cookies WordPress needs to function. It does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Visitor counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not fingerprint devices and does not identify individual visitors; it records aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites, country and browser type, and Cloudflare processes them under its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Assessment submissions are kept while there is a live conversation or a live subscription, and reviewed once a year; anything with no activity is deleted. Email-list records are deleted when you unsubscribe or on request. Server logs rotate automatically.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent to marketing email. Email info@blufeeld.com and I will respond within thirty days. Canadian visitors are protected by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Visitors from elsewhere have whatever rights their local law gives them, and I will honour reasonable requests regardless of where you are.

Patient information

Nothing on this website asks for, or should be used to send, patient information. When I work inside a practice, patient data stays in the practice’s systems and is governed by the practice’s own obligations (PHIPA in Ontario, PIPA in British Columbia, HIPAA in the United States) and by the written agreement between the practice and me. Please do not include patient details in the assessment form or in email.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that affects how your information is used will be described here, not buried.
